Competitions and Prize Draws

Promoter

This promotion is organised by Globefox Limited trading as Health Heard, registered in England and Wales (Company No.03715477 ) with its registered office at 10 Boundstone Road Farnham, GU10 4TQ. All correspondence regarding the competition should be sent to this address.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Globefox Limited or anyone directly involved in the promotion are not eligible.
  • Only one entry per person per competition unless otherwise stated.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms.

How to Enter

  • Entry is via the official Health Heard entry form or social-media post linked to each competition.
  • Each promotion will state its opening and closing date and time; entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
  • To enter, follow the instructions provided in the specific competition announcement.
  • By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes

  • Prizes will vary by promotion and may include:
    • Consumer goods purchased by the Promoter,
    • Free copies of a book published or distributed by Globefox Limited, and/or
    • Free or early-access use of the Health Heard service once available.
  • Full prize details and quantity will be described in the promotional post or form.
  • No cash or alternative prize will be offered unless the stated prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
  • The Promoter will cover standard delivery costs within the UK.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from use of a prize once it has been received. Any product or service issues should be addressed directly with the relevant manufacturer, supplier, or service provider in line with their terms and guarantees.

Winner Selection

  • Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random draw process.
  • Where the competition involves judging (for example, for creativity, wording, or contribution), entries will be assessed by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter; judging criteria will be stated in the competition details.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification and Claiming Prizes

  • Winners will be notified by email, direct message, or comment reply within 14 days of the closing date.
  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Prizes will be dispatched or access provided within 28 days of winner confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

Data Protection and Publicity

  • Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the competition and prize fulfilment.
  • Your information will be handled in accordance with Health Heard’s Privacy Policy.
  • Winners’ first name and county may be published or made available on request, as required by the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code).
  • Entrants may choose to receive marketing communications from Health Heard; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any promotion if circumstances make it necessary to do so.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries or communications due to technical failures or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Entry into the promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

Where a competition is run on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Blue Sky, X [Twitter]):

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the platform. Entrants provide information to the Promoter and not to the platform.
