If digital healthcare is difficut or you struggle to explain what’s going on, our one-to-one support is designed to help.

We know that challenges with focus, memory, or communication can also  make it hard to identify and explain what's going on for you.

We have developed special support to help you get more out of Health Heard, and to avoid stress and frustration along the way.

Our support is is based on industry leading accredited support training plus what we have learnt from our experience with living with complex and hidden conditions.

During each 45 minute session, we can help you with:

  • Supporting you to use the Health Heard questionnaire effectively
  • Helping you to understand and use your Health Story reports
  • Guidance and suggestions for sharing your health concerns
  • Helping you to explore more Healthcare options 

We also follow up with an email reminding you of the help given, and setting out some top 'takeaways' from the call.

For new users, the first 20 minutes are dedicated to reviewing and agreeing on your personalized support plan.
