Expectations
This service is intended to help you identify, record and share your health concerns, and help to support you in communicating them.
Health Heard does not provide advice or guidance about your health, but we do provide advice and guidance on communicating your health issues and concerns.
We make no warranty or promise whatsoever as to the medical or factual accuracy of the reports that our service generates. Our reports and and the information they contain are based on the responses and information that you provide to us.
We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the service, and of the information that you provide to us and that we use to create your health story reports. We also recommend that you have a trusted person that you can discuss the issues and insights that you discover with.
The guidance and information that we provide to help you do this is subject to change, as is the service itself. This may be due to improvements or to changes in government policy and law. We will give you notice of these changes if we believe that they will affect your use of the service.

Data use
We take the privacy of your data and personal information very seriously.

Please do not upload your reports to public sites, or share them with anyone except your doctor or health professional, or someone that looks after you.
Access to the service
Should the service become temporarily unavailable due to technical or logistical issues or for any other reason we reserve the right to suspend your access, while we look to restore service.
We will endeavour to communicate with you and let you know when we expect the service to be restored within a reasonable period of time.
Should the service continue to be unavailable and we have no expectation of being able to restore it within the trial period, we reserve the right to close your account and refund your fee in full.
As this is prototype service, we provide no warranty for the availability of the service or your data. Please download your Health Story Reports often and keep them safe.
Payments
We accept payments via Stripe. You can use most major cards or Google pay.
Once you have paid, you will be taken to the ''Start Here' page which has the links and help that you need. We will also email you a receipt.
You have the right to change your mind, and can cancel your trial for a full refund until you use the service for the first time.
There's a no quibble refund if you don't find us useful!
Introductory price
The early access introductory price is guaranteed to be available to you for 12 months from your first order. If the price does go up during this time, we will issue you with an offer code to cover the difference.
This guarantee applies to individual and package support too. After this 12 month period has elapsed, you will fall within our standard pricing schema, which may be higher.
